Act the Victim – Family Auditions schedules a series of interviews/meetings or performances with selected members of the artist’s family. They will search out new tools and methodologies to approach the question of ‘family’ as a collective or as a value in the time of growing "Nationalism", “Hindutva” and "संघ परिवार". The artist wants to explore paradigms such as family intricacies and elastic relationships, dependency and vulnerability, hostile and predatory nature and through this exploration, perhaps resolve his personal conflicts with his own family through art.
