Lecture by Rahul Kadri

Rahul Kadri studied architecture & planning in Mumbai and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He spent his formative years exploring the forests of the Garwal Himalayas, this early engagement with the environment led to a commitment to create buildings and townships that are in harmony with Nature.
 
Over the years, he has designed Townships for Tata’s, Jindals & Reliance, Hotels & Resorts for Taj & Club Mahindra, College Campuses for Symbiosis and The Supreme Court of India.
 
Rahul Kadri will speak about the Mumbai coastal road project and the issues surrounding its construction. The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion.
 
 
The Shifting City exhibition is a project by Goethe Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, curated by Kaiwan Mehta in collaboration with the Architecture Foundation. The show is on view till 26 May, 2019 at Gallery MMB, Goethe Institut / Max Mueller Bhaven Mumbai.
