GUB Explorer Channel - Experiments with Eggs
View Trailer: GUB Explorer Channel - Experiments with Eggs
The Society for Environmental Education Baden-Württemberg - GUB for short - created an explorer channel on YouTube in response to the Covid-19 restrictions. In the videos, GUB shows how to conduct easy science activities step-by-step and would like to give parents, primary school teachers and educators, suggestions and support on how and what you can explore with children through simple hands-on science experiments. Eggs are exciting! This video shows how you can "x-ray" an egg. We'll also explore how to tell raw from cooked and fresh from old eggs. Eggs from different birds not only look different, but are also different sizes. And you'll learn who else lays eggs in this video.
Alongside the screenings, participants will get hands-on with exciting experiments using egg shells, boiled eggs and more!
