Building on the success of the German Ordinary-Level textbook “Viel Spaß,” the Goethe-Institut Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, National Institute of Education, and the Education Publication Department, is pleased to announce the development of a new German Advanced Level textbook.
This textbook is designed to align with the Sri Lankan Advanced Level syllabus and provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their exams. The book is divided into ten chapters, each written by different experts and focusing on key grammar topics and vocabulary.
The textbook offers comprehensive coverage of approximately 70% of the Advanced Level syllabus, ensuring that students are well prepared for their exams. It employs modern teaching methodologies and international standards to facilitate effective learning. Additionally, the book incorporates a diverse range of exercises to enhance students’ listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills. Furthermore, a sample exam paper is provided to aid students in their exam preparation, We believe that this textbook will be a valuable resource for students preparing for the GCE (Advanced Level) examination.
