The Goethe-Institut Lithuania is looking for a contractor to perform the following services:
Development of a new web site and an updated Bandbook for project "MOST"
The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation.
The MOST project contributes to the mobility and internationalisation of Belarusian professionals and supports their integration into European-wide professional networks. Interested Belarusian receive the possibility to get funding for travel and accommodation abroad and are furthermore supported in finding a first professional contact in the EU. The programme is aimed at a large Belarusian community, as access to the programme is open to all Belarusian professionals on the territory of Belarus and abroad who work in one of the following priority sectors: culture, society, education, business, health & care and sustainability.

Perform the tasks listed in the
Terms of Reference for developing an updated Brandbook for MOST, including:
- Design of an updated Brandbook and visibility items for MOST, and:
- Project presentation flyer
- Project letterhead, business cards and PPPs
- Design for social media
- Covers for videos
- Website graphics
- Visuals for merch
- Covers, illustration and text design of reports and text/documents
Your profile
- Experienced web site developer
- Experienced graphic designer
- Specialised Individual entrepreneur or company
- Awareness about the current conditions of Belarusian civil society
- Track record of respect of deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Belarusian, Russian and English languages

- Quality and creativity of portfolio of previous realisations (45%)
- Financial proposal (30%)
- Experience (number of years company has been in business / number of years web site developed/developer has worked / clients references / proofs of experience) (25%)
