Required Criteria for Applicants
- Applicants must be actively engaged in literature or an art form. (Multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary practitioners are also eligible.)
- Applicants must be able to experiment and create artistic works during the workshop period.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong commitment and active participation in artistic exercises throughout the workshop.
- Applicants must be willing to engage in collaborative creative processes with other participants.
- Applicants should be interested in diverse perspectives and different socio-cultural backgrounds, with a desire to expand their artistic practice.
- Applicants must be able to participate in hands-on writing exercises.
Essay Requirements
*Essay can be submitted in either Burmese or English.*- Write about an artistic project or work you have created.
- Discuss your artistic practice, approach, and the mediums you use.
- Reflect on your feminist (or gender-related) perspectives and critical thinking within your practice.
