ABSTRACT

The topic will focus in bringing awareness on what Philippine libraries is doing in providing accessible and inclusive library services to persons with special needs. From facilities, information resources, competent personnel, administration and management, this presentation will try to present the practices, challenges and some recommendations for the development/improvement of programs and services for the full realization of an accessible and inclusive library services in the country.
