Nathee Chitsawang
Dr. Nathee Chitsawang is currently the Advisor at Thailand Institute of Justice graduating LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University and M.S. in Criminology from Florida State University under the Royal Thai Government sponsorship, he began his long career with Thailand´s Department of Corrections and also started a part-time job as a visiting lecturer and researcher in many universities. He has been recognized as an experienced expert in Thai criminology, penology and correctional spheres, both professional and academic aspects. Dr. Nathee held various positions in criminal justice system agencies, including the Director General of Department of Corrections and the Director General of Department of Probation. Following his retirement, Dr. Nathee was awared Ph.D. in Ramkamhaeng University in 2012.
Archaree Srisunakhua
Archaree Srisunakhua currently serves as the Director of Central Women Correctional Institution, Thailand. With 30 years of experience working in correctional facilities, she has dedicated herself to improving the quality of life of those behind bars through rehabilitation and education. Her areas of expertise include pre-release programmes and treatment for women prisoners. Her strong belief that everyone deserves a “Second Chance” has inspired her to innovate reentry programmes, aiming to reduce recividism and reintegrate individuals into society as productive members.
