for more than 20 years the Goethe-Institut Los Angeles’ non-profit support organization, Friends of Goethe, has supported the Goethe-Institut’s cultural programming in Los Angeles and Southern California.
The German Currents Film Festival is just the tip of the iceberg. As you may already know, the Goethe-Institut’s regular programming includes weekly film screenings, performances by European dance troupes, concerts, literary readings, world class art exhibits, important German and European speakers, and much more.
By becoming a member of the Friends of Goethe, or through your tax-deductible contribution, you directly assist the Goethe-Institut in bringing the best of Germany to Los Angeles.
