Language is like fashion. Constantly changing. That also applies to youth language. Although there is no such thing as one youth language. It is a creative variety of the standard language with many neologisms and foreign language borrowings - mostly from English. It can also vary greatly depending on the region and subculture. Hand signals, hand shakes and special forms of greetings are part of the language variety as well.
