Is Indonesia's first series festival and a sister festival of the well-known German festival 'dieSeriale'. As the development of Indonesian series for television and streaming platforms as well as independent web series is on the rise, we are pleased to promote the creativity, professionalism and opportunities of Indonesian series makers with this festival, while at the same time showcasing German, Indonesian and international series in Indonesia.

Submit a Series

Angling Sagaran is director, producer, and screenwriter, a graduate of Institut Kesenian Jakarta. He creates feature films, web series, and TV commercials, including the films: Buku Harianku, From London to Bali, and Before I Met You.

Abdalah Gifar | Bandung Film Commission (BFC)

The communication scientist Abdalah Gifar has worked as a producer, screenwriter and director in the film and audiovisual sector and is active in film organisations - currently as deputy chairman of the Bandung Film Commission.

Aditya Mulya Nugraha is a final year environmental engineering student at ITB, manager of Bioskop Kampus and film critic at MOVREVIEW with 36,000 followers on Instagram.

Allaam Faadhilah Zzadittaqwa | Bahasinema

Allaam Faadhilah Zzadittaqwa, a programmer at Bahasinema. Experienced with Ganesha Film Festival, UI Film Festival, GoetheKino, and Bioskop Online. Writes on gender issues in film, now a content writer at Magdalene.

Gilang Bayu Santoso | Bandung Film Commission (BFC)

A graduate of the Indonesian Institute of Arts and Culture (ISBI), he is a filmmaker from Bandung focusing on social issues. His works include "AWAL: Nasib Manusia" and "Salam dari Anak-anak yang Tergenang."

Minfadly Robby | Bahasinema

Robby is a film lecturer and curator who programmes screenings across Bandung. His work spans various screening spaces, and he currently serves as an operational member of Bahasinema.

Mirsi Nira Insani | Bandung Film Commission (BFC)

Starting her career in film production and exhibition, she is now a media-based researcher for government projects in various cultural sites. She currently serves as Secretary of the Bandung Film Commission (BFC).

Shelvira Alyya | Bahasinema

Shelvira Alyya, an artist from Bandung working with moving images and performance, focusing on women's issues. Also a film programmer and curator, active with Bahasinema since 2023.

Matthias Hektor Ventker

He is the current Director of the Goethe-Institut Bandung and an actor, pianist and and German scholar. He has worked as a director at theatres in Hannover and Osnabrück, among others, as well as on various film and series projects, for which he has received several awards.
