Five Million Incidents

Five Million Incidents was a year-long series of events that had been organized by Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi and Kolkata. It was conceived in collaboration with Raqs Media Collective, which had invited experimentation with the possibilities of public space, time, media, communication, and interaction.
