© Pickle Factory Pickle Factory Dance Foundation is a hub for the practice, discourse and presentation of dance and movement work, housed in spaces repurposed for the arts in Calcutta. Nomadic at the moment, we are working towards a permanent venue for dance located in a repurposed space in the architecturally textured fabric of Calcutta. This will a home with a cosmopolitan and plural ethos to think, know, talk and imagine all things dance - locally, nationally and internationally.
© Vikram Iyengar & Anubha Fatehpuria & Pickle Factory Dance Foundation INTER/SECTIONS imagines a series of interruptions in the in-between, transit spaces in the Goethe Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi building with the intention of imbuing 'these interim spaces with a disruptive potency and identity that dissolves as suddenly as it emerges.' Designed and presented by a group of Indian and international artists (dancers, choreographers, architects, filmmakers, musicians, photographers) led by dancer-choreographer Vikram Iyengar with architect / performer Anubha Fatehpuria. The group will work with young performers from Delhi to create interventions.
