Dana Grigorcea
(born 11.11.1979 in Bucharest), author
Dana Grigorcea studied German and Dutch philology in Bucharest, theatre and film direction in Brussels, and also journalism in Krems, Austria. Since then she worked for various media in Germany, Austria and Romania. Her debut novel Baba Rada was published in 2011. Four years later she was invited to the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize and won the 3sat Prize with a text from her second novel Das primäre Gefühl der Schuldlosigkeit (An Instinctive Feeling of Innocence). Dana Grigorcea lives in Zurich.
