Join us for an exciting two-day workshop where we explore the creative potential of AI tools to craft speculative audio-visual cityscapes. In this immersive experience, participants will embark on city-drifting excursions to gather sights and sounds from Delhi. These will then be combined with AI processing tools to build imaginative audio and visual landscapes.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Led by Ajaibghar (Nanditi and Computational Mama), this workshop will guide you through spatial listening, speculative world-building, and audio processing using AI. Our goal is to help participants integrate AI tools into their creative processes, enhancing their existing workflows.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Creative Exploration: Engage in city-drifting to collect unique visual and auditory material from Delhi, which will be used to create speculative audio-visual pieces.
  • Hands-On Learning: Gain practical experience with AI tools for spatial listening, world-building, and audio processing.
  • Collaboration: Pair up with fellow participants to develop short audio-reactive videos, leveraging the speculative sounds and visuals collected.
  • Showcase: Present your creations at the Participants’ Showcase on the second day (5 PM - 7 PM on 06.10.24), sharing your innovative work with others.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

We welcome creators from all disciplines—whether you’re involved in experimental audio making, world-building, moving image creation, game design, or the future of art and design education. No prior coding or AI experience is needed.

Please Note
As the number of places available is limited, it is necessary to apply using the application form. If accepted, participation in both workshop days (11:00 AM-5:00 PM) is mandatory.
