FLUID FRONTIERS is a cutting-edge dance and choreography piece that navigates the intersection between art and social justice. By integrating real-life narratives and literary works, the piece draws attention to social issues like inequality, sexism, racism, and environmental degradation, all within the postcolonial and digital context. At its core, Fluid Frontiers challenges the hegemonic norms that define society and aims to ignite conversation on gender fluidity, identity, and inclusivity.
Hrishikesh Pawar is a dynamic choreographer, performer, and trainer whose career continues to evolve, blending Kathak and Contemporary dance. His international journey began in 2004, performing at the Berlin Modern Art Museum, followed by becoming the first Indian to join the Dance Teacher Training Program at Palucca Schule Dresden, Germany.
Celebrated for his ability to merge Indian classical and Western dance forms, Hrishikesh is renowned for bridging cultures through his innovative and expressive choreography.
