Farewell Party

After four years of incredible work, the Goethe-Institut is sadly saying goodbye to its Pop Up locations in Houston, Kansas City, and Seattle. Originally founded as temporary project spaces during the Year of German-American Friendship in 2018, the Goethe Pop Ups continued well beyond the planned period due to their overwhelming success. These past few years would not have been possible without the host cities’ warmth and hospitality, the close collaboration with partners, and the great interest in local programming.

To say thank you to everyone who has worked with us, supported us, and attended any of our events, we are throwing a final farewell party at the Pop Up.

Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
