The thirteenth issue of the Lingo Kids magazine series offers children learning German the opportunity to meet the inventor of the letterpress, Johannes Gutenberg.
We already learn to read during our childhood. But how was writing invented? This issue of Lingo-Kids-Mit-Mach-Magazin answers these and many other questions for children learning German. They visit the Gutenberg Museum with Lingo and make invisible ink in an experiment. They also learn about the traditions of Saint Martin.
The learning objectives are:
to learn facts about the museum of Gutenberg in Mainz
to build and expand relevant vocabulary
to acquire cultural and geographic knowledge
to conduct an experiment
