Description

It's wintertime! And that means the first issue of Lingo Kids Mit Mach magazine is all about snow and ice. In an experiment, children learning German learn how water turns into ice. They'll also learn what goes on in the Alps in winter and which festivals we celebrate at this time of the year. 

The learning objectives are:
  • to learn facts about winter and festivals
  • to build and expand vocabulary
  • to acquire cultural and geographic knowledge
  • to understand and use a baking recipe
  • to conduct an experiment
