Among the critical attributes of successful managerial work are work structure and organization. Although these are often given only perfunctory attention, a sound understanding of what is entailed in these two areas can make the production process more effective and efficient. Topics to be addressed in this module include the design of production strategies, resource mapping, work structures, timelines, financial design, employment contracts, correspondence and legal issues. How can these seemingly institutional processes be applied to all forms of exhibition management? What are the values that must be understood? What can be modified?
