Germany@Home

Gemany@Home was a series of literary evenings featuring German and Irish writers that took place in the comfort of a real home. In an informal atmosphere, lovers of literature could listen and talk to renowned German authors. In the context of Gemany@Home, they had the opportunity to meet an Irish author.

The first Germany@Home event took place in February 2015 featuring German writer Mirko Bonné. Since then the following authors and artists, among many others, were guests in Dublin homes: Christopher Kloeble, Mia Gallagher and Helen Casey, Nadja Küchenmeister and Cormac Fitz, Theresia Walser and Tim Casey.
After the move in 2018, the series was continued in the Goethe-Institut's "living room", the library at 37 Merrion Square.

Below we have collected some impressions and pictures of events that took place.
