The Philippine German Language Teachers‘ Conference (DLT) is an annual gathering of German language teachers in the Philippines. It provides information about the latest trends and tricks in German lessons and serves to promote exchange and network building.

Are you a German Language Teacher in the Philippines?

The Philippine German Language Teachers Conference 2025 brings together Filipino educators from schools, universities, colleges, language schools, the Goethe-Institut, and other institutions this May 23 to 24, 2025. This year's theme, "German as a Foreign Language in Transition: Actively Shaping Diversity," emphasizes modern developments in language instruction and the significance of inclusive teaching.

Attendees will have the opportunity to expand their expertise, discover new teaching methodologies, and network with fellow educators in a series of engaging workshops. The conference offers a blend of proven and innovative topics, including multimedia integration, classroom communication techniques, and digital learning resources.

Publishing partners such as Cornelsen, Ernst Klett Sprachen, and Hueber will also showcase their latest teaching materials in an exhibition and offer specialized workshops. A highlight of the event will be the networking dinner on Friday evening.
