The fifth workshop of our Program of Care 2.0 series was “Mindfulness and Expressive Art for Children & Youth (Part 2)” and devoted to young people.
During the workshop, children learned simple and effective ways of achieving mindfulness in everyday life and how to relieve stress and eliminate negative energy. They were also encouraged to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By creating objects and images, the young participants were able to reflect deeply about themselves concerning their social climate, how to habituate peace of mind, learn self-care, and solve problems calmly.
When registering, the participants were requested to include their name, age, contact number, email address, hobbies. They were also requested to indicate whether they had previously participated in the program and to select their preferred workshop date, as the number of seats was limited. Participants were grouped according to age for this free one-day workshop.
It was an unforgettable experience filled with learning, creativity, and fun!
